Hiring a freelancer on AfriFreelancers is a straightforward process:

  1. Browse through our categories or use the search function to find relevant services.
  2. Review freelancer profiles, including their portfolio, ratings, and reviews.
  3. Once you find a suitable service, click “Order Now” to hire the freelancer directly.
  4. Alternatively, you can post a job describing your project requirements. Interested freelancers will then send you offers.
  5. Communicate with the freelancer to discuss project details.
  6. Once you agree on the terms, place your order and the freelancer will begin work. Our platform facilitates smooth communication and transactions throughout the process.

We use a secure escrow system to ensure fair transactions for both clients and freelancers:

  1. When you place an order, you pay the full amount upfront.
  2. The payment is held securely by AfriFreelancers and is not released to the freelancer immediately.
  3. The freelancer completes the work and delivers it to you through our platform.
  4. You review the work. If satisfied, you approve it, and only then is the payment released to the freelancer.
  5. If you’re not satisfied, you can request revisions or open a dispute. This system protects both parties: clients only pay for satisfactory work, and freelancers are assured they will be paid for completed work.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with the delivered work:

    1. You can request revisions from the freelancer, as per the terms of the service.
    2. Communicate clearly about what needs to be changed or improved.
    3. If revisions don’t resolve the issue, you can open a dispute through our platform.
    4. Our customer support team will review the case, examining the original requirements, communication history, and delivered work.
    5. If we find that the freelancer hasn’t met the agreed-upon terms, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. We encourage open communication between clients and freelancers to resolve issues, but we’re always here to mediate if needed.

Yes, we have a mobile app available for both iOS and Android devices. It offers all the functionalities of our website, allowing you to post jobs, hire freelancers, and manage projects on the go. But this is not available to the public yet, we will leave a notification on the homepage once it is approved by our development  team.

Yes, we have a satisfaction guarantee. If the delivered work doesn’t meet the agreed-upon standards, you can request a revision. If issues persist, our dispute resolution team will review the case and may authorize a refund in accordance with our policies. Note that your money is not paid out to the freelancer until you mark the project as completed, so you can be rest assured of quality.
